Katrina vs the Flop ones : road to recovery

 Sonam is driving really fast , Katrina is in her lap scared. Uncertain path lies ahead. “Are we going to the future ?” Katrina asks . Sonam smiles and nods no. Katrina gets more worried as she stops at an old building. Sonam uses her band and the gate opens. “Consider this - more of a trip down memory lane”. Old house is abandoned yash raj studio . Katrina walks in and sees an old tv that is playing Kamli. She looks at her old self - spunky and full of energy. She looks at her muscles , her abs and feels her current tummy and biceps. She walks more and sees another song - “chikni chameli” and “dhunki”. She smiles.

She asks sonam “what is this for ?” Sonam says she is reminding her of who she is . Then she sees her clips of beating superheroes and being strongest being anywhere . Sonam comes behind her and says - look at yourself - remember - who you are . Katrina says “I am not that person anymore”. Sonam says - you’ve to be . You’re a fighter - you’re a taker . Katrina says I don’t wanna fight , I haven’t taken anything  . “You’ve been taking things way before this started !”- a woman’s voice is heard as a fit silhouette walks in. It’s flop actor from way back when - esha deol. Katrina doesn’t recognize her . Esha says - “I was the OG dhoom girl. Then came aish and bipasha but nothing hurt more than you being the sole girl lip syncing dhoom machale”. Esha deol is old but quite fit . She walked with confidence as Katrina retreated . “Oh this is the queen” she taunted . Katrina pushed esha back but her broad shoulders didn’t even move . 

Esha smiled cockily . “Come on baby - please don’t tell me you’re that weak ?” Frustrated Katrina stepped back and started punching and kicking Esha . Esha didn’t dodge or block just let her Katrina hit her but she didn’t do any damage and got out of breath . Standing one inch taller than her opponent , Katrina’s hands hurt from all the hits. Esha simply walks and corners Katrina against the wall. Katrina feels helpless being pinned by a strong old woman. 

Katrina pushes back with all her might and couldn't budge her at all. Katrina punched Esha’s stomach  but was surprised by how hard her core is . Esha lets out a laugh. “You have fallen real far”. She made a punch , pulled it and burried it deep in Katrina’s stomach. Katrina yelled in pain and doubled up - spat out blood as Esha walked back . “This is so sad !” Esha smirked and walked away. Katrina crawled up . 

Katrina got up . “Tch tch tch …. That looked So sad !”. Katrina looked up “who the fuck are you ?” She asked. Another older woman said - “are you serious ? Tu mujhe nahi janti ?” I was not shit in 2000s before you took everything from me. Katrina now on knees is rolling her eyes - she fires up her fists and gets up and braces for another fight. She gets up and takes offense mode and goes to punch her , the other woman also gets very aggressive and goes low and tackles her picks her up on her shoulders and smashes her butt into the wall. She falls back and ok Katrina’s chest . She strangles her neck with her legs and slaps her . Katrina gets frustrated and yells “get off me you fucking bitch” this woman is strangling her and she is pinned . This woman casually puts her hair back and says “mujhe nahi pata tha , beating you will be this easy !”. Katrina lets out a grunt and sees up as the woman’s mouth smiles deviously and bubbles up . It’s gross - she’s gonna spit on her . Katrina nods no - struggles her as the woman’s sucks up the spit. She laughs an evil laugh and looks at plight of once powerful woman. She spit in her face and licked her ear in show of total dominance “naam yaad rakhna ameesha Patel”

Katrina cried . Katrina rolled and wiped her face clean . “Fuck this and fuck you” she said to sonam Bajwa and started leaving. Her way got blocked by a chunky actress - Katrina had no idea who. She thought she was familiar… the other one said “let me guess, you don’t know who I am ?” Katrina stepped back anticipating another offended flop actor humiliating her , she tried to guess “bipasha?” , other one laughed and said “flattered , at least you remember the movie we were in together - you bully”. She kicked Katrina on torso Katrina came flying back and fell. Sameera Reddy began beating Katrina right left center across the room. She held her by her bra and punched and punched and punched, knocked her out, slapped her awake . Picked her up and threw her through a wall.

Bloodied Katrina couldn’t get up as sameera put her foot on Katrina’s cheek and pushed it in the ground. She rubbed her foot on her face. Katrina was crying as the flabby girl from race she didn’t know existed beat the shit out of her. Sameera picked katrina up and threw her away like trash. Katrina saw her approach and ran away drawing a laugh out of all flop actors. She went and hid in the room in fear as she heard footsteps approach . She got scared and got grabbed. She trembled and struggled but sonam held her firm against the wall “it’s okay - it’s just me” katrina pushed her away but it had no effect on her. Tired katrina broke down as sonam hugged her . Katrina cried and said “I am not strong anymore “ sonam smiled and said we can fix that as she stepped away and katrina realized she is in the gym. She got up and took a shower. Put her hair in pony tail and put on some sports clothes. Sonam gave her a protein shake. Katrina racked 200kgs on squat rack and tried a deadlift. Even weak, she was able to lift it with some difficulty. Sonam spotted her. They ran 20 miles a day, ate high protein diet , sonam also got her old trainer in the mix. Muscle memory worked wonders as katrina started getting stronger , her leg press was strong enough that sonam needed to push from other side along with 600 kgs for it to be good. She curled and became muscle goddess again. She was fighting with a boxing bag and feeling good when sonam came in and said - “I think it’s time for you to fight again”. Katrina was nervous as she was on a horrible losing streak. Sonam said let’s start small. Sonam to a underground fight with undercards. Katrina was still nervous. She was in the room stretching and training. Sonam got her into an undercard 3 way boxing between celina jaitley and Koena mitra. Both C grade actors not very well known before Katrina’s time. 

Katrina did a practice round with sonam who was in her corner. She went in and sonam said “go get these plastic fossils”. She looked pissed as she looked at the two nobodies smiling to each other. Sonam patted some sweat dry as if rung again. Next round she went for Celina who initially hatched her but then Katrina got her in the corner and beat the shit out of her. Knocking her out. Koena couldn’t intervene. End of third round. Katrina had her groove and sonam patter her dry . Fourth round started and both koena and Celina came super close to Katrina’s corner and hit her forcing her to defend, cover her face. She stole a look of sonam who gestured her to hold strong. When attacks slowed. Katrina crouched as both women tried to hit her face, she got up in a clean and jerk motion throwing a V upper cuts with both arms sending the other women flying. Her hair flew back as crowd cheered at glimpse onold queen. The women couldn’t get up. End of round 4. 5 th round, Katrina single handed ply engaged both women cornered them both and beat them so hard they started moving back. They offered their glove out of fear and Katrina accepted. Logging her first win in many years. 

Energized, she trained more and harder. Unable to match sonam bajwa in wrestling. She did more undercard fights. She beat Zareen khan in a close but quick fight where zareen dominated Katrina by putting her in headlocks and lifting and carrying her, throwing her in crowd again and again. But Katrina found her footing and beat her hitting her hard even lifting heavier woman up and throwing her in the crowd. Unlike Katrina, crowd men and woman couldn’t throw her back. She even commented that zareen looks nothing like her. Zareen taps out to a an arm bar.

Katrina trained harder - took on Shamita Shetty, dia Mirza, Amrita arora, many no name or one hit wonder actresses at the same time and won. She was developing a streak. Sonam had to work harder to keep up with this goddess energy. One day, she put on boots and said it’s time to settle some scores. She went in hot and grabbed ameesha from behind, rammed her in the wall. She beat her up really bad, slapped the shit out of her - stripped her naked and had stepped on her chest and spat in her face. She said “I still don’t know who you are “. She picked up ameesha Patel and threw her away in trash.

Katrina grabs her other hand and is about to crush her and lets her go. She puts other arm behind her back as well. She defeats aquaman on land and water - becoming new queen of seas . She beats captain marvel in a cosmic battle on a remote planet and spanks her to submission . 

The old studio is retrofitted as new Katrina kingdom where she beats up people , fucks up superheroes , humiliates other strong women and trains . So fucking hard. Ananya , Jhanvi , even Sara fall in line to serve. 

Finally sonam and Karina fight and Katrina - a muscular goddess beats and submits sonam bajwa who proudly proclaims you’re ready .
